Careful listener, curious follower but natural born leader. Founder and CEO, Technology Solutions Group.

Since her college internship spent slinging Betty Crocker casserole (a.k.a. Hamburger Helper) at General Mills HQ, Ali knew she had places to go in business. Directly after departing from her dorm room, Ali went to work at techies.com, calling it “baptism by hellfire into IT and the mind of the techie.” She’s cooly occupied this hyper-changing headspace ever since. Ali earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Marketing Emphasis at UW-River Falls, then an MBA from Bethel University, where she still mentors students.

Ali involves her kids in monthly missions of community volunteerism, is active in their schools, and civic-mindedly serves on municipal committees at home when not (but sometimes while) crocheting (she also runs track-and-field with her kids, so hold those crotchety crochet jokes while she runs laps around most of us). At work, Ali draws on executive management experience as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at both On-Demand Group and MentorMate. Ali’s strength is resourcefully guiding C-level leaders in drawing straight lines between business pain points and efficient tech solutions. You’re going to want to talk to Ali. Now’s good.

Plenty booksmart, Lindy earned a BA in Business Administration from University of St. Thomas and an MBA from Bethel University. She began her career at Target, where for eight years Lindy took on greater roles of responsibility in merchandising, business analysis, management and executive team leadership. Then, Lindy deftly pivoted into leadership procurement roles in higher education and nonprofits. At University of Northwestern – St. Paul, Lindy strategized growth, managed 30+ departments, expanded vendor partnerships, developed online training, implemented cost-saving technologies worth a 25% uptick in efficiency, and taught a leadership course on emotional intelligence and creating cultures of change.
